At Plazma Pont, internal communication plays an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and well-coordinated daily operations across a nationwide network of plasma collection centers.
With employees working across 12 locations and in different roles, the company wanted to create a more unified digital space that could support both internal communication and everyday operational processes.
· Supporting consistent communication across multiple locations
· Creating one shared platform for a predominantly grey-collar workforce
· Making information reach more transparent and measurable
· Connecting communication, HR, and administrative processes in one digital environment
· Strengthening engagement through community-focused and interactive content
Plazma Pont introduced Placc, powered by Blue Colibri, as a shared platform for communication and daily work.
The platform brought together internal news, updates, onboarding, training, document management, time tracking, and administrative processes in one easy-to-use digital space.
Placc also helped strengthen connection between locations through community content, campaigns, contests, and Plazmoments - giving employees a better view into everyday life across different centers.
· 12 plasma collection centers nationwide
· 380 employees
· 345 active users
· 160+ engaged users
· 90% grey-collar workforce
· Several previous systems and channels replaced by one integrated platform
The Plazma Pont story shows how a unified employee platform can support more than communication. By bringing internal updates, HR processes, administration, and engagement tools into one place, companies can make daily operations simpler, more transparent, and easier to manage.
With Placc, Plazma Pont created a shared digital space that helps employees stay informed, connected, and supported across locations — while also giving the organization a stronger foundation for future digital development.
